I don't see anything at all funny about it. I think that adult webmasters that DON'T go see it are being stubborn and hard headed.

If a person is educated, he/she will realize that the Bible should be considered an historical work, similar to anything written by Homer, Shakespeare, etc. It is a very influential piece of literature.

i'm non denominational, why would I want to go give up my money to see a religious movie? a movie that was independantly funded by mel gibson.

how is it educational? how can you compare the works of Shakepeare to the Bible as educational ? two very vastly different things. comparing the works of an awesome writer, to a religious item. there is no proof that anything in the Bible is real.

I believe in Jesus because he completely changed my life when I was younger. He proved himself to me in a mighty way. But I decided to leave him like the prodigal son and live in a world of sin because I loved the things of this world more than I love God. I am a hypocrite and a backslider. But Jesus never let me go. When you accept him as your saviour, he is there with you always. Even when you reject him, he stays.
