You are tired of Cogent bandwidth but you want to pay $30 per Mbps which is basically cogent's default pricing. If you want to get serious about hosting I have some nice dual Xeon Dell 2.8ghz, 1gig ram, 73Gig SCSI on multihomed bw with nothing resembling cogent in the mix.
