If you want a non-cogent host, use ISPrime as Deniska said. I've been using them for a few months now for my TGP and the front-end of a AVS and they rock.

Jason seems to be a guy with sense of humour ;) I like the fact you come to my words that V.Hosting is vital for a hosting company and same important as Dedicated hosting. Unfortunately some webmasters fail to realise it, but again they don't run hosting companies so i guess it's ok.

General speaking, the ones that believe pushing many mbits/month means they make more money or their business are more important than the rest; they are far away from reality.
