If you were looking for an ideal program , what is it that you are looking for in terms of payouts / content / promo tools / support ?

Lots of good FHGs (not the average 10pics per gallery softcore crap).Useable downloadable content.Pre written texts for optimisation for people who get a good amount of sales.All possible payment methods (egold,webmoney,ebullion,fethard etc. too).

Real quality sites that retain, I'm always looking for thoses sites because everybody likes monthly money from long term memberships comming in. 50-60% and I'm happy.

Proper traffic stats like PerfectGonzo has, many sponsors have problems with ref url displaying.I want to the see correct first page, second page, join page stats incl. referal urls.

For the support, just fast replies but no annoying sales reps please.

Somebody who often sends IMs / e-mails "reminding" me that he/she's there when I need any help (maybe the sales rep wants to run my sites for me? ) or others that got your ICQ number somewhere and try to bug you twice a week that you should join their crappy sponsor.

I think a constant flow of fresh content is the biggest problem that larger sponsors tend not to give enough of - If, say for example, you have 10k of referring webmasters, those doing tgps will grab all the new content recently added - Which then means tgp owners (we run a couple) get much the same content from a few different submitters - This cuts down the chances of the submitters making cash.
(You must see this yourself time and again on your tgps).

2. Fresh dynamic tours to keep the sites converting and fresh.

3. Hosted Free Sites (not tgp galleries).

4. Payouts on signups, cross sales, pop-ups etc.

5. A user/pass for webmasters so they could get in and do things like paysite reviews in order to make more sales.

Across the board the suggestions were absolutely horrible.

• TGP Friendly hosted galleries (Pisses me off when I can't scan a url because of redirects etc.)
• Descriptions of hosted galleries and content sets (I hate writing descriptions when I need them for galleries).
• Weekly payouts
• Low minimum payout, if the programs aren't converting worth a crap I don't have to wait ten years to get my earnings.
• Did I mention TGP friendly galleries?

I'm actually more inclined to promote smaller sponsors that concentrate on one or two nice sites, then I am to promote a sponsor that builds a new site every week, launches, then lets the site content become stale as they work on opening another site.
