Ok somehow this dumbass piece of shit got downloaded to my laptop. It adds a huge browser bar at the bottom of Ie. I deleted all the cookies i could find and still it loads up. It put some kind of txt file that cannot be deleted in my cookies folder. I highlighted the file and deleted its content and re-saved it. But ONCE again it loaded today.... I want the person who came up with this scheme in front of me NOW! hahaha(psychotic laugh)!!! Can someone help me?

You should be able to do it under remove software in the control panel. Look to see if it's listed and tell it to remove.

DID IT WORK? I have to go to my friends house tomorrow and remove gohip from his computer tomorrow..

I told him to clear his cookies and uninstall any programs.. He says its still there..

Right click the icon and delete, empthy the trash right away, and defrag, reboot to make sure it clears memory!!!!

I have this problem with gohip too. First I got rid of all my cookies but these Gohip fuckers keep leaving a big band of links at the bottom of my homepage. It got so bad that Gohip kept automatically replacing my homepage entirely with Gohip.com.

However, i just tried the istructions at customer service that Wizsom posted and I"m not positive yet, but i think Gohip is gone.
