Can you make the quote function work?

The quote function doesn't seem to be working. .. It worked last week so I don't know what's changed and it's not my job to know.

click 'quote' in the post box (or more than one if you want to multi-quote), then click the 'post reply' box at the top left of the thread. the quote(s) will appear in the compose message area

Thank you. ... The platform doesn't seem to display very well on my tablet. .. Maybe I need a bigger tablet

Seems like sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.

Sometimes I hit the quote button and it just turns a different color and nothing else.

You should never expect anything on this forum to work right anyway.
