I keep receiving repeated DMCA notices from Google regarding pages on my site that have no connection to the claims. The pages in question display an official Chaturbate affiliate banner. The claimant listed is “Castello Services,” which is supposedly acting on behalf of an OnlyFans/Chaturbate model.
The problem is that I can’t find any trace of “Castello Services” online: no website, no registration, no contact information. I’ve sent counter-notices every time, but there’s no way to contact them directly through a lawyer to get them to stop being a pain in the ass.
Until a few months ago, we’d just send counter-notices and move on, but lately Google hasn’t been responding after acknowledging receipt of the counter-notice. I’ve had dozens of pages waiting to be restored since March.
Has anyone else come across this name and/or know a way to contact them?
