Is CC Bill down? Anyone else having this error?

Is ccbill.com down ? Mobile stats isn’t loading for me. Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes, CCBill is partially down right now—it’s not just you:

• ❌ Down: admin.ccbill.com (giving 503 Service Unavailable, which is why stats won't load) and datalink.ccbill.com.
• ✅ Working: wap-frontflex (payment processing is still up and taking transactions).

It's an isolated outage on their admin/reporting servers. You'll just need to wait for them to bring the stats servers back up.

I just talked with CCBill - they are aware and working on it now. I suspect (tho this is just a theory) this has something to do with the databse error on the affiliate signup side. Once one dominoe falls....anyway it should be resolved soon.

Flexforms are still up, transactions still being processed, and webhooks firing.

16 hours later… starting to get worried. I hope that the name server that’s down is forwarding Name servers to the sites that it is a registrar. That could be really bad.

CC Bill mobile stats is back up but passwords aren’t working yet. I emailed them and they said that it’ll be back up working in a couple of hours. Thank you, CC Bill for your attention on this matter. Hopefully everyone else who is affected by this outage will be back up and running ASAP.
