For broken images I would check the boring things first: file path, hotlink rules, CDN cache, mixed http/https, and permissions. Adult sites often break previews because media hosting changed. Contact us if you want another pair of eyes.

Broken images are a real sales killer in adult.

If previews disappear, buyers lose trust fast. I would avoid depending on random image hosts for anything important and keep media on your own domain or a stable CDN.
