    need software for capture device that...

    Just displays what's hooked up to it, that's it, doesn't even need to record like a virtual VCR does, just something I can hook up my cable box to and have tv on one of my monitors.

    if it has an svideo plug or rca jack then wouldnt any do?
    I suggest osprey for cards though.

      I just want something simple is all I meant. I don't want ulead vcr or anything liek that. I've had bad luck with complicated apps. I'll check out osprey

        oh, that's ahrdware. I already have the hardware. I just want a simple app to display what i have feeding to it via rca jacks.

          yeah I missread your initial request.

          I am unsure, I do not watch much tv. I also have no games on my pc (exept partypoker, which I only play maybe 2 times a month).
