Slave designers/programmers?

I have read on several occasions of people saying they have some GREAT DESIGNER or programmer from the Philippians/India/Russia/China/Romania/etc.

Just wondering, where do you find these people?

Anyone I've tried to hire for cheap does crap work, and that's what I've come to expect when it comes to cheap programmers/designers.


Opinions? Input?

Ive found the same thing. Instead of paying top wages thought I have had luck with local college students. Work is good, they need the cash and are pretty reliable. Take an ad out in the student weekly and see what you can turn up

Good idea. I just thoguht paying $5/hr for a good programmer sounds perfect. Although it's probably tooo good to be true unless you live in an area like Dubai Anyone think differently?

it really depends the company you hire . No i will not say they have the best tho some have damn good and other have shit .
xxxoutsourcing has alot of good guys . and yes some shit guys tho they try to have them very well trained to know what is going on ,.

but you take aos most here there guys are shit and they dont have a clue and the owner is even more clueless to porn !
just started it to make cash and he gives people the free week so you can train them

you take 5$$$$ that is here , the guy knows his shit , great to work with and does you well .

we have designermasters.com and i will not say we have the best but we do have guys that are very good and new guys that are learning still that are coming to be good as well .

you're a real pro bashing your competition. Honestly, I think both AOS and XXXOutsourcing sucks big time, never EVER seen something worth more than 5 bucks coming from them or you, and is not a language problem, but you cannot fit the shoes, simply as that. So you'd be more careful when bashing other people. You know, he who lives in glass houses shouldn't throw bricks
