what if you have a site that is strictly nothing but text links that goto hosted sponsor's galleries? if no images are on your actual site then you wouldnt have to worry about any of those regulations, only the companies hosting the galleries would correct? or how would that work out?

You should be fine, as long as you don't have any sex images on your page and the pages you link to appear with their own domain in the address bar of the browser, and you are not aware of any 2257 non-compliance of those pages you link to.Comment
