2 quick FIREFOX questions

1 - Why does the reply message textbox only span half the area it should for GFY

2 - How do I re-enable tabbed browsing (I hit the (X) and it's fucking GONE! )

I've clicked every menu and tried the help file too, and cannot find it

3: Sometimes I cant copy and paste text in firefox, why?

1. it doesn't, got the latest version?

2. it's hidden when you only have 1 tab open (configurable if you dont want it autohidden, "Tools / Options / Advanced / Browsing").

If you want to open a new link in a tab just middlebutton click on the link. Or type in the address and press Alt+Enter.

When I mouse over an imag with an alt tag, I don't see it

but no big deal .. I guess there is a table issue where ie is not as strict as firefox ..

the problem is NOT firefox ..

the problem is that internet explorer is too lenient against html errors ..

For question 1 :

GFY mods are too lazy to fix it . There is an update on vbulletin's website.


Question 2 : Just use the middle button of your mouse to open new tabs . Or download tabbed browsing extension
