Mostly anything with lryics is a distraction. So usually just dance or nature sounds, if anything at all.

I don't know why. Just always have. If i listen to music that I know and like, i'll get distracted. But if it's just some cool beats and shit, it helps me tune out Adrian and Richard talking about gay sex in the office all the time. ;)
