Yes.

Webmasters can host the list on their own site, or link to our hosted list. In either case, the webmaster gets the traffic commission. So if you send traffic to the list (or host it yourself), you could get up to 50% commission on any sales to your traffic.

The surfer has to fund his account from a "traditional" source such as visa, online cheque, SMS etc. Once he has put funds into his account (say $10), he can then make tiny payments with a single click.

By contrast, a credit card would need the surfer to put his number in 20 times, which obviousy would never happen.

So it isn't a replacement for visa, its adapting visa and other traditional payment methods so they work for small, repeat web purchases, rather than just for buying washing machines.
