Does anyone sell an out-of-the-box admin script to operate an AVS program? Do you hack a proggie like NATS or MPA? I am interested in starting a very small by-invitation-only AVS program of 100-1000 participating URLs.

Yes, I have one. Well maybe "out of the box" wouldn't be
exactly the right phrase but I've done an AVS or two before
and I have all of the needed code here ready to go.
Certainly a complete AVS system is something where we'll
want to discuss your needs, what's going to be differnt about yours,

and then when I actually saw it I knew why.
Their script is not at all ready to go out of the box.
On the other hand, the basic design of their system is solid.
One webmaster who purchased it then had me
spend over a year making additions, modifications,
and cleanups to it to make it a professional AVS.
We did end up with a very nice system in the end.
Now I am in contact with William at Perlcoders
to negotiate an agreement whereby I can make my much improved version available.
If we can't reach an agreement I'll just remove the
last bits of his code and recode thaose parts
from scratch so it'll be all my code that I can
