Any one here can tell me the good and the bad with dreamsubmitter

DreamSubmitter is a great program. The only drawback at the present time is the database. You have to build your own or have someone do it for you.

A few more days though, and all non-trial Dreamsubmitter users will have access to a HUGE database to use for submissions and building their own niche lists.

sounds nice! Am thinking of using an autosubmitter in the future. Still submit by hand a few times/week.

If you want something that requires minimal work and setup, you need Chameleon Submitter. Comes with a built in database that's updated at least once per week.
