domain pros ? backorder does it work anymore..

found a few domains i want to try and backorder.

Had my eyes on a domain for years the owner is running it to the ground (same 1 page site no updates, no content, non adult)and I have even offered $20k for the domain and a name what you want offer, tried calling etc. but no response at all for like 3 years....

he must be dead...

so now I want to backorder it as it is up for reneveal in a few months...
