NATS looks great, but still doesn't have all of the features and capabilities of something like Monolith...assuming you're setting up a paysite affiliate program. There will be a CMS plugin, but I don't believe that it's ready right now. That's the main thing that would hold us back from using NATS.
We've got a custom coded solution that doesn't do quite what I'd like it to, so we're definitely doing our research regarding all the options.
MPA2/3 isn't even on our list.Comment

Getting it to run our backend in the cash program. Have not seen one that is as sharp and as easy to run as this.SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment

Most people seem to like NATS nowadays. I must say with their lease option, it's also great for starters.
Besides that, monolith, check out X3 affiliate script. Also very good.
