I did Chicago last year and kind of made a fool of myself. So I dont think I will be going again for awhile.

Was it worth attending? I tried I think 2 years ago & went to the welcoming party, but got there too late I guess cuz there was no one there. I ended up gettin' completely shitfaced. I never made it the rest of the weekend cuz I was suffering from a 2 day hangover. That was brutal.Originally posted by amadman

SUGGESTION:
If you are thinking about going to this convention as a way to advertise your services to the newbies then contact [email protected] about being a sponsor. These are great events for this sort of thing BUT if you are already established in a business such as Hosting, Content, Whatever... then these events are not tailored for you and if you are not a sponsor then you may not be welcome at them.
If you are new and looking for some good info then these are killer events to attend.
