UCBILL.COM making a comeback ?

Just got this email:

I?m emailing the top 30 UCBill affiliates of all time. We?re trying to ramp it back up here over the next few weeks to a month. We really did raise prices to $.40 and $.05 for L2. To be totally honest, the price will probably go down to $.20-$.30 in about a month, with various weekend promotions of $.40. We got the funding, we got our system all worked out, and now we want to blow the new cos out of the water. I got this e-mail too. I replied with "Thank you for contacting me, but I stopped to promote UCBill because I didn't receive over $2000 in payments from you".

I always got paid by them...

But after a few checks the number of installs with the same amount of traffic per day would keep going down til your left with only per day.

Anyhow, I suppose their Mediatickets scam has gotten so much heat that they're trying to go back to their old scam for a while
