I'm fucking sick of this! I need a FAST reliable host! My site is sooooooo slow today! My hosts response, "You are getting more bandwidth then your site can handle,there isn't much that I can do
about it."! As long as my site burns 2 gigs or less a day (I'm paying for 10) it is ok. So who knows a a really reliable host? If in one day I need to burn 20 gigs I need to be able to do that! $#@$#@!!!

Yeh, candid does some good work...only thing I'd try to get them down on is that rack charge...oh, and the contract was scary lol...but they're a good operation for sure.

I would get quotes from the others as well though....no harm in starting a price war amoungst hosts for your money is my theory

I know this post is 2 years old but hey, run a traceroute then fill out a support ticket before you complain. Who gives a shit if you have been overbilled and dealt with fucked up servers on many occassions. Just passing the advice I've been given by hosting associates I've dealt with before.
