As for arrogant techsupport, thats true, I've dealt with tech support that hesitated and just about hung up on me because he thought my questions were stupid (Not lying, I was shocked also...I wasnt asking newbie shit either, we were talking about httpd.conf stuff). As of now, I've had about as many bad experiences with candid as good which is why I dont recommend them but dont persuade people not to use them either. I still use them and they're neutral in my book.
