Paycom / Epoch

I have just started using a program that uses Epoch to track sign ups does anyone know whats going on with paycom/epoch as I have found this nasty write up about them.

I've never used them, all I hear is rumors and bitching from a few people. Not really enough people (or people I know)to come to a conclusion on my part. If it helps any, they don't seem to have the best of reps.

Id stay away from Epoch! I was using them for my Busty Amateurs account. They still owe me quite a bit of money. Ive recieved one check for the three months worth of money they owe me.

When I write them...I always get the same reply. "Checks should be on the way anytime now."

susan, been recieving 2 checks a week from paycom like clockwork. I hear rumors but I hear them about everyone. I've never had a problem but then again, its only a k a week so I might not realize I'm getting screwed.

I certainly don't trust pages that badmouth people like the one mentioned above. They're almost ALWAYS written by some disgruntled moron with an axe to grind.

They pay, but send your checks a month after the end of the pay period.

They also hold a % as reserves which I've heard they NEVER pay you.

Some people I've talked to love them, others say they are owed a lot of cash.

I won't use any proggy that uses Epoch....They flat out suck when it comes to getting paid. They don't hold enough cash in reserves or something and so many times they don't pay when they're suppost to!

Also they hold out 2 bucks for every affiliate check as a "check printing free" - what the fuck is the % they keep from the sponser supposed to be covering?

I know it's only 2 bucks, but it pisses me off.

I can personally assure you that the rumors about Epoch not paying reserve money are absolutely true. Stay away from Epoch!!!
Anyone else owed large amounts of reserves from Epoch? I'd be interested in hearing about others experiences with them.

Ive heard bad things about epoch aswell, but this guy from gentlemans.com is an idiot. hes basically telling surfers to do chargebacks. which is fucking stupid.

Epoch is the most professional credit card processor i've ever dealt with in the adult market, we use them as our main processor for wildcash.com and love them.

They pay every week wire transfer without a problem

When we were setting up credit card processing Epoch got us setup fully for all our sites and all site prices within 1 day, yep 1
day! PSW at the time took 2 days to give us our codes and CCbill took 2 fucking weeks until finally they gave us access to make our own codes (hate ccbill's system).

Also in the past when requesting new link codes I send them and email and always within 12-24 hours I get a email back with my link codes all ready, other processors always take days for this to happen.

You can call there people anytime and they are always there ready to answer and their people really do get back to you and respond to emails.

I called Jettis 3 weeks ago and tried to get setup they had 1 sales person who wasn't there and was 5 times refurered to his answering machine when I asked for him.

well ... from an affiliate point of view: they've still got the $2.00 check processing fee Warphead had mentioned, and of ccBill, iBill and Epoch --Epoch has the highest processing percentage. not to mention their stats interface is ... well ... lousy ...

Maybe, but their policy on holding reserves forever has not changed.

Epoch, when you gonna start refunding excess reserves?

Chargebacks only go back 6 months, ya know.
