So you don't want to make any money? Give up on the free hosts. With the low prices on virtual hosting these days, there is absolutely NO reason not to use a real host.

I must disgree ... With virtual hosting he has to give his credit card and therefore expose himself... However with a free host that allows cgi he can run the really cool hitbot thats going to run through his proxy script and get him banned every.... errr I mean make him millions of dollars.
