I am hoping for something fresh as most seem to focus on webmaster programs that the processor offers or lowest percentage.

I'm pretty satisfied with Globill. Great service and they will set the .htaccess-type stuff up for you if you play dumb.

Well, I've been extremely happy with CCBill and so has everyone I've referred to them in the last couple of years. The sales staff, owners and technical staff are all class acts. Since I've had nothing but good experiences and think the world of so many of their people... they're the only company I'd recommend. I like to do business with companies that I've met and spent time with... and that I respect. SO, CCbill gets my vote.

Plus, they have super new join pages and affiliate reporting. The webmaster section of their site is also newly revised and I think it's teriffic. I don't know how their rates are compared to everyone else's but I would never bother to price shop over 1 or 2 percentage points when reliability is truly the most important thing.
