Hosting needed

I currently have server at EV1 but my traffic demands reached the bottom within the last 2 months, so there's no need for a server anymore.

What I need:

-Multiple IPs in different subnets for domains possible
-Stable shared hosting,no resellers,no virtual servers on overloaded servers.
-total flexible traffic if possible
-2 nameservers in different subnets for my european domains
-hosters with own datacenters prefered

A virtual server is a virtual server on a physical server with a fixed part of physical ram and load of the physical server given.Shared hosting is hosting on a physical server without any load or ram limitation beside the physical ones.

And now get out of this thread and act intelligent elsewhere, thank you.

Ok let me help out here

Virtual Hosting = 1 server with 30 - 100 clients with a control panel usually

Shared hosting aka Semi - dedicated = 1 servers with 2 - 10 clients (control panel optional)

Dedicated -- well we know that

Virtual Private Server aka Virtual Server hahahaha server which can be subdivided and look like its a dedicated server when its actually not, like what johndoebob said

The thing is I pay 150$ for a 2Ghz server with 1GB RAM and 1500GB traffic.I only need up to 500GB traffic right now, but don't feel the need to switch if I have to pay 100$ for 100GB with lots of limitations.
