ok, short version..

I bought this house i live in now with my brother cause he needed help with a place to stay so i offered to buy a palce with him...

problem is, is he is a fucking shit head selfish cocksucking useing piece of shit that doesnt care about anyone but himself and wouldnt do anything for you unless there was something in it for him...


im considering just giving him this house and walking away clear..

he cant afford to pay for this house on his own i know, so he would be forced to sell unless he finds some idiot to agree to move in with him and pay him rent...


before I either kill him or disown him as a brother, i want to get out of here while i still slightly care for him because he is blood and pretty much the only family i have left...

only reason i have put up with it this long is because of that fact...


wtf would you do if you were in this situation? I have left a ton of shit out, but this is enough info to base a decission on...

he just likes to use me to buy shit and not pay me back, he already took out a 50k equity loan to pay off all his bills and the funny thing is, is he would have never gotten that loan if it wasnt for me, i found the loan for him and did all the paper work for him lol

You could also file a suite in partition. That would let the court decide and would cost a bit and cause some family ill will.

From what little you?ve shared, I?d quick claim it to him and take the hit. Ask the lawyer about indemnification and other issues. That would be a hit emotionally and financially.

Don?t see him for a while and hope that he grows up a bit and you can have a family relationship sometime down the road.
