waited for a half hour before giving up

and I have been emailing since late Friday to [email protected] and all I get is the auto replies

It's funny when hosting companies brag with 24/7 support and then when you need something urgently, they're like "hey, you can email us 24 hours a day but it'll take us a few days to get back to ya"

finally got a guy on the phone

the extension is 3 instead of 2

so the info on the website should be changed

this may all have been due to some miscommunications

I wasn't getting replies for some reason to my emails and then I called the number and extension listed on the website, but the extension is listed wrong

I'm finally getting some good support

so sorry and thanks

Sorry about the issue.. extension 2 is billing help I believe and it is only answered during normal business hours. The voice prompts were accurate even though the site was not. The site has now been updated with instructions to listen to the prompts... again, really sorry about the confusion.. our staff DOES answer the support phone 24/7 (and if they don't they're fired)
