Javascript help?

Can someone please point me to a simple script that will open another site in the background (blur I think) without giving me any attitude?

Hmm spoke too soon!

Will explain in more detail:

Have 3 sites (1 2 and 3)

I want a popup to open to site 3 discreetly when a surfer goes to site 2. I also want the same for site 1 when a surfer goes to site 3.

Prob I am having is that if you have more than one site open when you hit the site with the popup then the poppped window seems to revert to the same site as the first????

Lost???? Well I sure as shit am!

Already joined and blur is nice but it's not for a URL it's for a console on your server and since I'm a dimwhit I can't figure out how to change it!
