What the feck is wrong with these submit programs.

First out of the blue advanced submitter stops working, after months of using it is just goes kaput without me touching anything. Then i pick up chamelon submitter and i install it and it doesnt work either.
I pops up this box that says 'database error. Please check MDAC installation. www.microsoft.com/download"

Whatever MDAC is i installed it from the MS site but that didnt help, still the same error. Something tells me both submission programs have the same problem with something, anybody any idea? Its pissing me off.

The problem about AdvancedSubmitter is that you have to pay a yearly fee for it Same for chameleon probably. If you have done that though, something is fucked up with your computer...

I had the same thing a while ago on WinXP. I reinstalled database engines (MDAC i think), restarted and it seemed to work fine again, still does.

Well i just installed it and rebooted. Didnt make a difference.

Maybe try to reinstall avd subm. after you reinstalled database engines and import your reg key and database.

I just talked to their support and they also told me to install that mdac thing but it doesnt work still.

Its something thats wrong on my machine. Anybody any clue? Submitting from my laptop sucks.

Maybe try this:

Totally delete your submit prgs from your pc (dackup your database and reg key)
Reinstall mdac
Reinstall your submition soft
Import your reg key and database

It seems that you have problems with your Windows. I didn't need to install MDAC to run Chameleon on my Win XP . Win XP already has MDAC installed, check sme servece pack/ updates for XP, or reinstall the win ;)

I could venture into a discussion with you on why there are no limitations if you use the paid version but ofcourse, with your limited brain capacity you would never be able to comprehend what I'd be saying. And I doubt the few cents you're making, would ever put you in a position to pay the modest fee we charge for premium submissions.

Someone else are making sure everything is to the point and as accurate as 3-4 hourly verifications can get it. We have a simple set-up process. Takes 3-4 minutes max. From there it's a no-brainer. Even you should be able to figure it out, as doubtful as it may seem.

On second thought, why don't you just run back to your momma and come back and play with the rest of us when you grow up?

No need to pay yearly for it, only if you want new databases...once you have a good databse built up by yourself, there is no need to ever pay again.

Anyway, im just annoyed that 2 programs i paid for dont work on my puter and instead of paying for a 3rd one i just want the other ones to work. I installed Chameleon on my laptop and it works fine there plus its a fucking great program. I simply dont need your program, im sure its all good and stuff. Good luck with it.

Nah, you ofcourse have to do SOMETHING yourself, and one of those things would be adding those 70 partner accounts in the system.

Actually no, i expected it to be able to add partner accounts, im just replying to this:

Think the problem could be a trojan changing some of your regestry keys -
Get a new box (That is clean and not been on line) and try bothprogrammes - They will almost certainly work.
I use both and have no problems with either - I am pretty sure your security is the main problem.

If it's anything like the trojan I had a few months ago - It would be wise to set up a new computer now - or very soon you may well find your hard drive totally screwed.
To be safe, make sure you are backing up everything before shutting down.
