Dialers & Leased content (script?)

First of all: I'M AGAINST INTERNATIONAL DIALERS

allright, now move on..

I'm owner of a dialer paysite, but i'm also using leased content.
Right now i'm using frames, with an auto-refresh on the top-frame

But, my question is, is there some kind of script that will
disconnect someone from the leased content, (live cams), when
someone disconnects my dialer?

hmm that's a whole dialer-system software?

I'm just looking for a simple php script which will disconnect users from my leased content when they disconnect the dialer :|
Shouldn't be that hard to script?
