Bone, can you hook me up with that model release. I asked Candy about it a week or two ago. I just wanted a text version of the image you posted before to use as a guide to my own model release form.

Please make sure and take whatever you decide to use, to a lawyer in your area to get them to make sure you are covered for your state. I've seen it too many times where models decided afterwards that they really didn't want those photo's plastered all of the net, or a jealous boyfriend/husband/father finds out and makes legal trouble. So don't open yourself up to trouble, it's worth the money to make sure your covered. I wouldn't think that it wouldn't cost more than $100 - $150, especially if you already have a template, they can give it the once over, and add anything that is needed. Thanks.
