how can i delete all the submitted galleries and pending galleries ? there has to be a way to delete them all at once..?

Under submitted galleries go to - display galleries.
Once there click on quick task, then in the search and delete form put (http) in the search and make sure gallery url is listed, then click delete. That should delete all of your submitted galleries.
Now just do the same for the permanent ones.
