I think the bigest complaint about them seems to be the tickits club thing they just started.

make sure you change the name of your verotel script in the cgi bin and in your use management section....or you will be hacked and your bandwidth will suffer..the tickets club has been a major slowdown..other than that I get paid on time everytime.

if you run an affiliate program..keep a close eye on the people that sign up.. they figure its easy money to run fraudelent CC through their system.

They arent my primary, but I get better results with their ticketsclub than epoch or ccbill.
