Can't remove Opera

I installed it a couple of days ago.
Now in Internet Explorer when I try to Tools->Internet Options, I get "restrictions"
Plus when I try to remove the Opera browser I get the following message: Could not Open install.log file

use Tweak XP pro 3, it should help you out. that and ad-aware
