How much would you guys pay someone for them to make you a basic free site? i.e warning page, main page and two galleries?

How much would you pay them to submit it to the major link lists?

Why would you want someone to design you a basic free site?

Build a TGP gallery, add a warning page. Use the gallery and put it on 2 html pages.

There, now you have the free site.
