Do they have to be written by a paralegal? Does anyone have one I could kindly use? I have a person who has owed me money for 6 months for a site and has now changed the admin password so I can't login and take my design down lol.

Chances are , for the amount of money you are talking about in damages, that it would not be worth it to sue, and unfortunatly many people know how to exploit this...
at this point your best option if they do not pay you, is to out them here and shame the fuck out of themm....
