See the line and "img" code? That is how they are making it look like a sig.

OK, looking at that it may seems confusing...

The sig line is nothing but text and an [IMG] tag. If you qoute someone with a sig, you will see the code inside the qouted text, which would mean it is not really a sig, you would not need to qoute the whole sig of someone in a reply using the qoute feature.
