Program to analyze LOG files?

I am looking for good programs that analyze log files. My admin control panel (ensim) does not provide enough information.
So what are good ones and where can I find them?

Webalizer is really good. You should do a search on this topic here. There was a thread a couple of weeks ago that had some pretty good stats programs suggested on it.
