i need a script

I need a script to do the following...can anyone help me find a good reliable one?

I guess it would be called a random link generator...I would type in a url, and that url would go to a site from a list of sites I entered...

so if I had 4 sites I wanted to send traffic to, everytime I went to the script's url, it would foward me to a random site from the 4 I have listed.

BTW, During testing, it maxed out at 25k outs per hour for 5 hours straight with NO slowdowns at all. This was on a virtual account too.
