Move up and ditch asp it sucks and will cost you lots more money to develop the same program on php/mysql. Plus the unix server will be more reliable and handle more user sessions.

If you outgrow mysql you can goto the best Oracle.

        asp is reliable

i mean, i can't say nothing bad about it
        i've pushed asp scripts that handle 5,000,000 - 10,000,000 requests a day...

asp is pretty much the same as php

            just for NT

nt is a very stable OS if run right. this is why alot of business rely on nt operating systems.

the people who talk smack about nt obviously do not know how to fine tune it...

if you know how to work the os right then you have one hell of a server

and trust me, i have run redhat, bsd, you name it...i built my business on redhat, then made the tranision...

and no redhat is not a gay os, it is actually quite the flexible os, you can do anything...

redhat would be good if there wasnt a new root exploit for it on a daily basis
