I saw it in the theater and liked it .. well I liked the concept the most .. the fact that somebody could fall so in love with somebody else that they could get the other person to fall in love with them every day ( heh .. was that clear? ) .. anyways, in that respect, to me, it's one of the most romantic movies ever .. but I just watched it on DVD again this weekend .. and I liked the movie much more then the 1st time .. It was alot funnier then I remembered

Which ones? I found it funny and I've never been to Hawaii..

I don't remember exactly, I saw it when it first came out. Like the "is dis the guy" you posted earlier, Hawaiians have their own "language," it's more like ebonics or something lame like that, but they say "dis" a lot. There's even a shitty show on Hawaiian public access called "Dis N Dat." And when Rob Schneider is beating Adam Sandler and saying shit like "this is for stealing our land, and this is for making my sister clean your room" and shit like that, it's really how a lot of Hawaiians feel about "Haoles." Just a lot of the stuff they say and do in the movie I was surprised was even there, because I don't think anyone would understand the joke unless they have spent a substantial amount of time in Hawaii.
