Need a mainstream recurring billing solution

It will depend on if you have your own merchant accout or not.
If you are doing mainstream and have low chargeback rate, then you should have your own murchant account.
One main bank in US is cardservices and various other companies can do the processing including ibill, ccbill, epoch, netbilling and etc...

plenty of merchant account for 250 bucks and use netbilling. Simple DONT use any merchants netbilling refers you to, go find one on your own. Use the search function to see why
