ip2dns database???

Does anyone know where I can get that huge list of ips for every country? I know it is open, but where do you find it? Most tracking companies use it, so they can do geotargeting for their users.. hmm

what you're trying to do is called "geotargeting" and i need to do the same thing, i remember as of 3-6 months ago i saw lots of free utilities for it, but now im having a hard time finding what i need also, let me know if you find something that works... seth at webseth . com

maxmind is the way to go.. I just built a frontend for it. You can source the data but these guys are updating faster than any resource i could find including arin or ripe.
