IRC networks

The portuguese IRC network is a very busy network, with 20k users at any time, talking in a lot of different channels.

I would like to find international networks like this, but all I find is warez, fileservers, movies, xxx, passwords, etc... is there any other irc network where lots of people go for a chat?

Efnet and undernet are good. Dalnet is full of newbs, but has a good sized user base.
