use them for checking signups.

very strong fraud control, almost zero now, and good recurring.

don't know why ccbill and ibill can't get their checks under control.

a few months back got an email from ibill about how "we've tightened our fraud control", put all the ibill check links back on all the sites---almost immediately lost half of them.

but netbilling has been very good, i think we've lost only one due to fraud in over a year.
