Netflix users...

anyone elses envelopes arrive EVERY time with a spot where the thing is ripped open exactly where you can read the title on the inner sleeve?

every delivery i get.. the damn envelopes look like they went through a battlefield.

also.. anyone ever return a movie that never showed up to them?

my first 3 movies, all 3 returned the same day from the same mailbox... only 2 made it to them.

I once returned 3 movies to them, and they only received 2 of them. I contacted their customer service dept. and they were very nice about it. They actually marked the missing movie down as being returned, and everything went along as usual.

Then, about 3 weeks later, out of nowhere, they contacted me to tell me that even though they had already marked that missing movie down as a return, they wanted to let me know that it actually did turn up. I guess it got lost somewhere within the Postal system or their returns dept.

I was just glad that Netflix didn't expect me to pay for it, because I know if that would have been Blockbuster or anyplace like that - they would have told me that I had to pay for it.
So, Netflix gets a in my book!

That's never happened to us in over a year with Netflix.

I have had movies never make it to me. They have all made it back. Mine come sealed...never had one arrive opened. Sounds like you have a dishonest mailman in your hood.
