Jim Baal, webmaster of gayfreethumbs and a1gayfreepics among many others passed away from a heart attack. He was a great guy and will miss him dearly. Even tho we never met in person, we talked a lot on ICQ and he was always there for me when i had questions about anything, personal or business. It distresses me greatly that I didn't really get to say goodbye, but I guess we never really can with things like this...

He spent years over in Asia teaching prostitutes about safe sex to stop the spread of STDS. Most noteably, he was also part of the founding group that turned San Fransisco into the city that it is today.

I don't know a lot of the details yet, but if I find out I'll post.

I spoke to him as well on occassion. He was a very nice man and a pleasure to deal with. My condolences to his friends and family.
