Anyone else promoting toolbars having problems?

I sent my usual amount of traffic today, but my sponsor logs are coming up with only like 40 hits each when I sent several thousand. It's on all my toolbar programs too. It's the same SE traffic I always send.

That doesn't explain why the toolbars weren't counting the hits.

I looked at all the server stats and my traffic was consistent. The traffic to the landing pages was all consistent as well. It's a mystery.

A theory is maybe someone's mass exploiting browsers with the new hole then disabling activex so other toolbars can't load?

OK guys I'm an idiot and I'll tell you why right now. My computer clock somehow got set to 10:29 PM when it's really 1:29 in the morning.
